Sure, I still felt knackered in the morning and Myrkl isn't going to do anything about booze affecting your sleep but still.. Myrkl is still worth it!

I swear by Myrkl's on a night out. They've saved me quite a few times! I may feel a bit tired the next day but not that awful hungover feeling 😕

These are the thing I take before having a session, drinking a pint of water before bed and next morning....GREAT!! No hangover, upset tummy, never go out for a drink unless I have myrtle beforehand. Well worth it. Been using them nearly 2 yrs now and never fail.

Used for a few years now. A must have ahead of any heavy session. Always drink plenty of water during a session but these take the edge off the morning after.
