When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. You have 30 days to return your order under our 30-day money back guarantee, which starts on the day of product reception. If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, we will replace it and reimburse you the postage cost. If you tried the product and you are not satisfied with it, to be reimbursed you will have to:
Send it back to us at your own cost within 30 days from product reception.
Ensure that a maximum of four capsules have been used, i.e. at least 4 capsules in the 4 Dose On-the-Go Pack or 26 capsules remain in the 15 Dose Original Pack you will return.
All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department. If you are entitled to a refund, then we will refund the full price of your item. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the original method of payment used to purchase the item.
