Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellation Policy

This Subscription Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased through Myrkl.com.

Minimum Subscription Commitment

All Myrkl subscriptions are subject to a minimum commitment of two paid subscription orders (two billing cycles), including your initial subscription order.

This means:

  • Your initial subscription purchase counts as your first billing cycle.

  • Your next scheduled subscription order counts as your second billing cycle.

  • Once your second paid subscription order has been processed, you may cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date.

The date of your second billing cycle will depend on the delivery frequency you selected when subscribing.

For example, if you select a monthly subscription, your second billing cycle will normally take place approximately one month after your initial subscription order.

By starting a subscription, you agree to complete the minimum two-order commitment and authorise Myrkl to charge your selected payment method for these subscription orders at the price and frequency displayed when you subscribe.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Once you have completed the minimum two-billing-cycle commitment, you can cancel your subscription through the subscription section of your Myrkl account.

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your Myrkl account.

  2. Open the subscription section of your account.

  3. Select the subscription you wish to manage.

  4. Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

Your cancellation must be completed by midnight on the day before your next scheduled billing date to prevent the next subscription order from being processed.

If your next billing payment has already been processed, cancelling your subscription will prevent future renewals but may not cancel the order that has already been processed.

If you experience any problems managing or cancelling your subscription, please contact the Myrkl Customer Service team through the Help Centre.

Changing, Pausing or Skipping Your Subscription

Depending on the subscription management options available within your account, you may be able to:

  • Change your payment or delivery date;

  • Change your delivery frequency;

  • Update your delivery address;

  • Update your payment details;

  • Pause your subscription; or

  • Skip an upcoming subscription order.

These options do not remove the requirement to complete the minimum commitment of two paid subscription orders.

Where restrictions apply during the minimum commitment period, these will be shown within your subscription account.

Automatic Renewal

After your minimum two-order commitment has been completed, your subscription will continue to renew automatically at your selected frequency unless you cancel it.

Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically for each scheduled subscription order.

You can view your next billing date within the subscription section of your Myrkl account.

Out-of-Stock Subscription Products

If a product included in your subscription is unavailable, payment will not be taken for an unavailable subscription order.

Where applicable, you will be notified of the delay and given information regarding when the product is expected to become available.

If your subscription product cannot be supplied, you may have the option to wait for the product to become available or cancel the affected order.

Your Statutory Cancellation Rights

The minimum two-billing-cycle subscription commitment does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

For contracts involving the regular delivery of goods, consumers will generally have a statutory right to cancel during the applicable cooling-off period. This period will normally expire 14 days after the day on which you receive the first delivery under your subscription.

If you wish to exercise a statutory right to cancel during this period, please contact Myrkl Customer Service through the Help Centre as soon as possible.

Your right to return certain products may be affected where goods have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and the seal has been broken after delivery.

Nothing in this Subscription Cancellation Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Myrkl also offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible products, subject to the conditions set out in the Myrkl Returns Policy.

To qualify under the current Returns Policy, the product must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must meet the applicable return conditions, including the permitted amount of product used.

The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is separate from your right to manage or cancel future subscription renewals.

Cancelling or returning an individual order does not necessarily cancel your ongoing subscription. Where applicable, you should also cancel the subscription through your Myrkl account once your minimum commitment has been completed.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Myrkl Returns Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

If you wish to return an eligible product, please contact Myrkl Customer Service through your account or the Help Centre for return instructions.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method in accordance with the applicable Returns Policy and consumer law.

For further assistance with a subscription, cancellation, return or refund, please contact the Myrkl Customer Service team through the Help Centre.
